  • Data Analysis: Analysed and forecasted trends across 300+ innovation submissions using Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query) and Power BI, reducing unreviewed idea backlog from 250 to 50 proposals and improving pipeline visibility for senior stakeholders.
  • Process Automation & AI: Constructed automated workflows in Microsoft Power Automate with embedded VBA programming to eliminate repetitive manual data handling steps, reducing processing time by nearly 42%, and integrated a Copilot agent to enable on-demand insight generation from processed outputs.
  • Project Management: Managed delivery milestones, risks, and stakeholder updates across multiple Agile projects while producing 20+ business cases, ROI summaries, and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word to support approval of process improvement initiatives.
